Mo Kanjilal Williams has been named one of the f:Entrepreneur #ialso100 Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs for 2026, a national campaign celebrating women making a significant impact across the UK economy. Female entrepreneurship continues to make a powerful economic impact, with estimates suggesting up to £250 billion could be added to the UK economy if women started and scaled new businesses at the same rate as men.

Mo is the Founder and Director of Edge Of Difference, a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultancy working with organisations nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on the tech and gaming sectors. Her work helps companies reach the edges of their workforce and include voices that are often overlooked.

She is also Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees at The Clock Tower Sanctuary, a Non-Exec Director at Here, a TEDx and conference speaker and Author. Her new book will be published by Trotman Publishing later this year.
