FAQs
How many Earlybird tickets can I buy?
Due to limited ticket numbers, Super Earlybird tickets are limited to two per organisation. Earlybird tickets are limited to five per organisation.
What's the refund policy?
Super Earlybird and Earlybird tickets are non-refundable.
Cancellation of all other tickets will entitle you to a 50% refund if cancelled before 23 September 2024 and after which they will be non-refundable.*
However, if you are unable to attend you can transfer your ticket to someone else by changing the name on the booking. Contact events@brightonchamber.co.uk if you wish to do this.
*Eventbrite fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or there are duplicate charges.
Can I attend if I am not a member of the Chamber?
Brighton Summit is open to everyone. If you'd like to join the Chamber you can find out more on our website.
What does my ticket price include?
As well as incredible keynote speakers, brilliant workshops, HOUR sessions, lots of networking and more, you’ll get plenty of refreshments, including breakfast, brunch, lunch and tasty treats to keep you going throughout the day.
