Virtual tour of £20m London townhouse

An exciting residential project in the heart of London is making waves. With a waterfront location, E1 postcode and stunning views, the luxurious house will be one of the most desirable properties in the city. And thanks to architectural visualisation, the unique mansion can now be explored ahead of completion next summer.

The Tower View development is located on the northern bank of the River Thames within the vicinity of Tower Bridge. The proposed luxurious town house features 6 bedrooms, a cinema, a library, a gym, a private pontoon and some of the best views across London from the superb roof terrace.

Brighton based Architectural visualisers F10 Studios had the pleasure of creating stunning images and a 3.5 minute film for Tower View which were commissioned by Hadley Property Group. Based on the floor plans and concept images, F10 Studios modelled the 10,000 square feet luxury house in 3D and used actual photography from the site to create the environment. Overall, the creative team spent 5 weeks on this project and delivered the animation on time to market the property with Cluttons.

F10 Studios are leaders in the field of architectural visualisation and over the last four years have worked as creative partners with architects such as Populous, AHMM, Conran & Partners, Atkins, Scott Brownrigg and Marks Barfield.

Managing Director Nick Homer says: ‘We were invited by Hadley to work on this project because of our expertise in high quality interiors and creating cinematic-style animations. It was not only important to focus on the high quality of the interiors and features like the revolving car park, but also on its location, showcasing the waterfront with private jetty and the stunning views.’
