If you run a business, you’ll know that sales can feel like the hardest part of the job. One month you’re flying, the next feels flat. You’re great at what you do, but less confident about selling it. Maybe you rely on word-of-mouth or repeat clients but want more consistency. Maybe you have a sales team but need a bit more structure in your approach.
You’re not alone. For many business owners and teams, sales can feel uncomfortable, unpredictable, or just plain confusing. Enter Sales Skills Bootcamp, brought to you by award-winning provider LearningCog, supported by Brighton Chamber, Freedom Works and PLATF9RM - teams who know the local business community, your sales painpoints, and how to help.
Running from January to March 2026, this eight-week training programme (starting 29 January) will help you build confidence, structure and clarity around your sales process. Whether you’re a business owner or a freelancer who’s responsible for business development, or part of a sales team – come along and create a sustainable, repeatable way to win work and grow.
The Sales Skills Bootcamp is partially funded (you contribute 10%, which is £300 per learner) - making it an accessible way to invest in your team.
Over 60 hours of practical sessions, you’ll learn how to:
- Turn conversations into conversions – with straightforward techniques tailored for smaller businesses.
- Build a repeatable sales process – so you can grow consistently without burning out.
- Refine your value proposition – and clearly communicate what makes you stand out.
- Boost your confidence in selling – and even start to enjoy it.
- Generate more leads and grow your revenue – by understanding and reaching your ideal customers.
You’ll also connect with a like-minded community of Brighton-based entrepreneurs, freelancers and business owners – plus get a PLATF9RM membership for the Bootcamp’s duration, giving you access to a beautiful coworking space in the heart of Brighton.
