Learn to talk about suicide and save a life
If your colleague, client, friend or loved one was thinking of suicide, would you know what to say or do?
Even if you want to help, often fears can get in the way:
'What if I make things worse?'
'What if I say the wrong thing?'
'What if I put the the idea in their head?'
This is your invitation to the most important training of your life - with discounts for Brighton Chamber members.
Most of us have, sadly, been affected by suicide. Yet most suicides are preventable, because talking about suicide, with confidence, clarity and compassion, can save a life.
The good news? ANYONE can learn these skills.
Join an "open" training sessions and leave with the tools and confidence to talk about suicide, especially if you:
👉 lead a team or community
👉 work with the public or groups at risk
👉 have high pressure or responsibility
👉 are worried about someone and don’t know what to say or do
