Truly Rasmussen joins Hussle to champion workplace fitness for businesses in Brighton and Sussex

Hussle is the UK’s leading fitness network, on a mission to make fitness flexible, accessible, and affordable for employees as part of one simple corporate benefit.
They collaborate with thousands of fantastic venues across the UK, and Sussex is one of their most widely served areas, with a fantastic range of leading gyms, pools, and spas available to their members in the region.
With leading names such as Nuffield Health and Village Gyms, alongside local favourites such as LivingWell Brighton Metropole, Kings Gym, and F45 Brighton Central, Hussle’s coverage across Brighton and Sussex is extensive and diverse.
For employees in Brighton, there are over 40 fitness venues available within a 20-mile radius of the city centre. This breadth is also evident in neighboring areas, including Worthing (36 venues), Burgess Hill (45 venues) and Crawley (63 venues).

As part of their ongoing efforts to support mental wellbeing, physical health, drive productivity, and build valuable social connections for staff at companies that invest in the wellbeing of their staff, Hussle has recently joined the Brighton Chamber.
Leading the initiative is Brighton-based Truly Rasmussen, Hussle’s Senior Business Development Manager, who expressed her excitement upon Hussle partnering with the chamber:
“I’m delighted to announce that Hussle has joined the Brighton Chamber. As a local, meeting with Amy and the Brighton Chamber team recently really resonated with me; their energy and passion for supporting teams across the city I love is exactly what we’re about.
Brighton is such a warm, diverse city with wellbeing at its heart. I’ve always loved the unique mix of energising and calm energy here—that specific balance is mirrored in our own offering, which ranges from high-intensity MMA studios and strength training to restorative swimming pools and saunas. With the vibrant coastline and the South Downs on our doorstep, Brighton feels like the perfect home for our mission to make staying active easy.
I’ve been struck by the Chamber’s genuine commitment to making our city a better place to work. By putting wellbeing at the centre of their strategy, they’re helping local businesses build much more resilient, happy teams. We’re completely aligned with that at Hussle, as we know a healthy, active workforce is the real backbone of our local economy.
Joining the Chamber is an exciting chance for us to grow our roots right here in Brighton. I’m incredibly excited to meet more of the community, attend and run wellbeing-focused networking events, and learn about the fantastic businesses across the city that make this community so special.”
For Truly, staying active has always been about much more than just physical fitness. While she has a background in competitive sports like kickboxing and basketball, her focus now is simply on the balance and mental clarity that movement provides. Living in Brighton, she fully embraces the city’s duality, whether that is the energy of 5-a-side football at Withdean or the quiet calm of a swim and a sauna.
As Hussle expands across the city, Truly is driven by a genuine passion for wellbeing and a belief that staying healthy should be inclusive and accessible to everyone. Her advocacy for women’s sport and her focus on diversity in the fitness space provide a relatable perspective for Brighton businesses. She is not just offering a platform; she is a local advocate for the healthy, vibrant, and diverse workforce that makes this city thrive.
