Prosper Business Development
I help companies to win and work with the clients that they want to work with.
Typically, these firms fall into 3 categories being those who don't have Business Development Resource in-house, those who would rather outsource the company's Business Development activities, due to a lack of Business Development expertise inhouse, or those who would like a second pair of eyes to look at the current Business Development activities being carried out, to see where possible improvements could be made.
Simply speaking, I act as my clients Business Development Director.
Oddly, there are a lot of outsourcing services but not so many that help clients to actually act as an extension of their company, representing the Business Development angle. Also, not many companies view Business Development the way I think it should be viewed ie not sales, not marketing but both combined.
