Remember, remember...Lewes Netwalking in November

By Brighton Chamber

> Book now

Lewes is a town that has never been short on character – lying where the River Ouse cuts the South Downs, its medieval streets, castle and age-old traditions (spot of Dwyle Flunking anyone?) make it a Sussex gem.

We're closing out Netwalking for 2026 with a crisp November ramble around Lewes, as it prepares for its annual Bonfire Night celebrations. Join your fellow Netwalkers for a coffee and a natter at Caccia and Tails, before Lewes local and Co-founder at Pala, Gabrielle Minkley-Barns, leads us on a meandering route past Lewes Castle, Pells Pools (the oldest freshwater outdoor public swimming pool in the UK) and along the River Ouse.

As well as hearing some interesting tidbits about this ancient town, you'll meet a group of around 30 like-minded business owners and leave feeling inspired and recharged from conversations taken at a slower pace as you walk.

Netwalking has been a highlight of the Chamber events calendar for over four years, taking us everywhere from seafront trails to bluebell woods and Brighton's iconic coastline. It's more than just a walk – it's a chance to build connections, get inspired and explore different parts of your local area together.
