So how can you make LinkedIn work for you in 2026? How can you turn content into something that actually drives conversations, opportunities and revenue?
In this practical session with James Armstrong, Co-founder and Director of Social Firefly, you’ll explore how LinkedIn has evolved into a relevance-driven platform – and what that means for how you show up.
We’ll unpack the shift from visibility to pipeline – why reach is declining, what the algorithm is prioritising instead, and how content can be used to build trust, conversation and opportunities.
In this session,we’llcover:
- How LinkedIn has evolved - from a visibility platform to a relevance-driven, knowledge platform
- What the algorithm is prioritising in 2026 - and why reach is down but engagement matters more
- How to define your niche and build authority through consistentcy
- Creating high-performing content - formats, structure, and writing for search, saves and dwell time
- A practical framework for turning content into pipeline, not just visibility
This session combines strategy with practical application, giving you a clear framework you can use to create more relevant content, build authority and turn LinkedIn activity into real opportunities. You’ll come away with a clear understanding of how LinkedIn works, with the confidence to create a long-term organic impact through content that’s relevant, discoverable and leads to tangible results.
Who is this session for? You might be a business owner, founder, or marketer that has a LinkedIn profile and a basic understanding of the platform. You probably want to use LinkedIn more strategically to generate visibility, build authority and drive business - but aren’t currently using it effectively or consistently to support your business or personal brand.
