Everyone deserves a place to call home, but for people with learning disabilities or autism, finding safe and suitable housing can be a major challenge. Many face long waiting lists, inappropriate living conditions, and a lack of the right support.

Zetetick (pronounced Zuh-tet-ik) Housing Charity is dedicated to changing this reality. Based across South London and the Southeast, Zetetick provide a bespoke service, working with the private rental sector to secure homes for our beneficiaries, supporting them to live independently with dignity and security. We go beyond providing housing—we build inclusive communities where tenants get the right support to thrive. 

Join Hike4Homes – South Coast Challenge

To celebrate 18 years of service, Zetetick is launching Hike4Homes, a trek taking place on Saturday 28 June across the South Downs.

-Challenge yourself with a 30-mile trek from Eastbourne to Lewes

-Shorter routes are available for those who prefer a lighter challenge

-Every step you take, could help fund and improve homes, providing essential features like sensory rooms to create safe, supportive and enriching environments for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and autism.
