Stop procrastinating and grow!

Stop procrastinating and grow!

Workshop, Brighton Summit, Friday 16 October

This session is aimed at those who feel they are procrastinating about personal or organisational growth. It is an active session of discovering where you are either hiding in your comfort zone or are avoiding growth through maybe the fear of failure or a fear of success. This session will lead to sustainable personal and organisational growth. You will no longer be able to avoid growth by procrastination, overwhelm or panic! This is a fun interactive session that will allow everyone to find the right of stretch for them.

Led by leadership specialists Toby Buckle and Alistair Duncan are collaborating on The Brighton Leadership Project. After talking to key leaders in the city they found that ways to create more balance, dealing with an uncertain future and enabling flexible teams to take action are key challenges. Leaders and managers want to achieve their purpose and grow in a more sustainable and productive way.

The problem is that traditional leadership training didn’t seem to work in terms of changing some ingrained ways of working. As a result Toby and Alistair developed practical leadership workshops and have successfully piloted a program with the Business School at Sussex University. Following excellent feedback they are now excited to take this work to more organisations locally and help Brighton grow.

One of 20 sessions to choose from at www.brightonsummit.com
