At Propellernet, “Our dreams are part of our business plan.”

Nikki Gatenby of Propellernet was the Opening Keynote Speaker for Brighton Summit 2015.

Nikki Gatenby gave a thought-provoking speech at the Brighton Summit encouraging us to “have a vision that inspires action” within our businesses. “Today’s Summit should be a day about people, growing each and every person both professionally, and personally, so they can have a bigger impact on the world.”

Nikki also spoke to us of the importance of values in order to grow our businesses, including wellness, which she believes is perhaps the most important value of all.

Drawing on her own experiences and the success of Propellernet she offered us some words of wisdom before the Summit gathered momentum, “Scratch your own itch in order to grow”, “Do what you love and love what you do” and “Get out of your comfort zone, as that is always where the magic happens.”

To close, Nikki offered, “business is not always about the money, it’s about the time, love, energy and commitment.”

That is something that all of us business owners can definitely aspire too.
