An opportunity to sponsor Brighton & Hove’s first citywide Apprenticeship graduation ceremony

Brighton & Hove City Council and Sussex Council for Training Providers are passionate about raising the profile of apprenticeship opportunities for in the city of Brighton & Hove. As part of our work, we are staging the city’s first ever citywide Apprenticeship and Traineeship graduation ceremony as part of the 11th National Apprenticeship Week (NAW 2018) which will run from 5 to 9 March 2018.

National Apprenticeship Week is a national event designed to celebrate Apprenticeships and the positive impact they have on individuals, businesses and the wider economy. The graduation event will become an annual celebration, bringing together businesses, training providers and apprentices to champion the ever-growing role of work-based learning in the city.

Apprentices are a key part of Brighton’s workforce, with well over 1,000 new starts each year in the city, in every sector and level – from degree level software engineers to critical support in care homes and on construction sites.

The event will take place on Friday 9 March at the Hilton Brighton Metropole with a VIP reception, speeches and a graduation ceremony from for apprentices who work, study or live in Brighton & Hove.

The benefits of sponsorship include:

•             Being part of a national campaign and a huge local story

•             Social media and press both before and after the event will position you as a leader in work-based learning

•             The best apprentices follow the best brands – and yours will be recognised as standing out from the crowd

•             Celebrating the successes of your workforce speaks volumes about how you value your staff
