Non-Executive Board Director Required at Eastbourne Homes Limited
Eastbourne Homes Limited is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) looking after 3,800 tenant occupied residential homes with a further 600 residential leaseholds.
They are a not for profit housing management company dedicated to providing affordable, quality homes and excellent services that meet the needs of residents and the wider community.
They are now seeking to recruit a Non-Executive Independent Board Director who has professional legal, commercial or financial experience. You will be able to demonstrate a depth of knowledge in your particular field and knowledge of housing issues would be a bonus. You will be financially astute and have a real commitment to making a difference for the residents in the community we serve.
Board meetings are held quarterly. Additionally, Board Directors are required to serve on at least one Committee (meeting quarterly).
The position is unpaid, but expenses will be reimbursed.
