Let’s Talking Planning Your Business Brighton Workshop

Let's Do Business Group are running training workshops that provide a qualification FREE of charge to the unemployed.

Workshop dates: Weds 25th July, Tues 31st July & Tuesday 7th August.

Registration at 9am, Start time 9.15 am - 4.30 pm (These workshops follows on from the 2 day workshop – “Let’s Talk Starting in Business”)

Starting your own business, going self-employed?
These highly interactive 3 days of workshops are for those in the early stages of starting up their own businesses.

Day 1 Marketing and doing the right Research covering:

•    Market Research and interpretation of information.
•    Conducting a market research questionnaire.
•    Marketing your business & finding a Unique Selling Point
•    Strengths & Weaknesses of your business.

Day 2 Financial & Legal aspects covering:-

•    Identify laws and regulations relevant to your business
•    Assessing the financial needs of the business, including a practical exercise of looking at managing your money.

Day 3 Customer Service & Pricing covering:-
•    Understanding customer service and their needs.
•    Listening skills and asking the right questions.
•    Understanding the factors that affect pricing principles.
•    Bring it all together – Completing a business plan.

Completing all 3 Days offers the potential for you to gain the nationally recognised Level 3 Certificate in Starting Your Enterprise
NB Workshops require a basic understanding of PC use.
