Having difficult conversations

Many of us want to avoid difficult conversations but in business we can't afford to. This workshop will give you experience in using a specific approach to get your message across. We'll be using congruence, the secret of effective communication. The objective is for you to learn something useful you can take away and apply in the real world.
Jacky Misson and Jamie Pyper, from Future Business People, work with a select group of high growth companies at board and team level to build successful, self-maintaining business cultures.
With a focus on personal growth as well as business growth they support teams though the challenges of working in today’s fast paced, ever changing world.
Both Jacky and Jamie have held MD positions, giving them first-hand experience of the responsibilities and pressures of growing a business as well as how to recruit, motivate and retain the best people.
