FREE one-day Welcome Host Gold training session with Tourism South East

Tourism South East’s Skills and Training Department are pleased to invite local businesses to a FREE one-day Welcome Host Gold training session in Brighton for the Travel, Hospitality and Tourism sectors.

Sussex-based organisations  will be able to send up to two members of staff on this free taster session, and if they should wish to book training for additional employees on separate training courses, they will save approximately 50% off TSE’s normal published prices.

Welcome Host Gold can give a company a real competitive edge, combining proven customer service techniques with core skills, to help their staff make immediate improvements to their performance.

This one-day course will be held in a Brighton city centre venue from 9.30 am to 4.30pm on Wednesday 14th December, and refreshments and lunch will be provided. Venue to be confirmed.

The eligibility criteria is as follows:

•    Salaried employees in Leisure, Tourism and Hospitality sectors
•    Up to 2 employees per company
•    This offer is only for companies who have not booked Welcome Host Gold training with TSE before

Welcome Host Gold Training courses can be tailored to suit any organisation or destination, incorporating specific product knowledge to help exceed customer expectations. In preparation for additional business opportunities around the 2012 Olympics,  the offer for discounted training will be available from 1 November until 14th February 2012 and will be confirmed on a first come first served basis.
