Da Costa Coaching launches new product to support the ambitious small business

StartSmall:ThinkBig aimed at the start-up/small business with big plans

23rd November, 2012 – Da Costa Coaching today launched a new service aimed at the start ups and small businesses who have ambitions to grow yet don’t have the time or money to hire a business coach/mentor to help with this process.

StartSmall:ThinkBig consists of online coaching, directed workbooks and SKYPE.  The initiative was born out of client demand and is a market driven product aimed at the micro business that has big ambitions but not necessarily the time or know how to turn those ambitions into a measurable business plans.

In researching and developing this product MD Rob Da Costa commented, “There are many business coaches vying to provide face to face or phone based coaching services but few are offering something to the start-up/micro business.  In researching this area, I found a number of subscription-based services for networking/group learning events that are useful for small businesses but in my opinion are not directive enough and by definition, too generic (because they have to cater for the whole group).  Also they don’t acknowledge that we all learn at different paces and most small business owners are time poor so need to work ‘on their business’ outside of office hours. That was the motivation for developing this product.”

StartSmall:ThinkBig consists of several components:

• Exclusive access to an online video which can be watched multiple times and at your own pace
• A wordbook to complete in tangent with the video
• “Intelligent” Excel templates to complete as you are guided through the process
• A 15-minute SKYPE call with Rob

The first coaching session focuses on building a scalable business by having a solid vision, strategy and action plan.  The second coaching session will help clients develop and deliver their sales and marketing plan.
