The session comprises of 3 workshops:

Workshop 1: Effective Communications with International Customers

An industry expert will show you how to plan an international online strategy. This includes hints and tips on increasing your online visibility, connecting with new customers and ranking higher on international search engines.

Workshop 2: Export Financing

Export Finance expert Andrea Walker will advise you of the support available to exporters from UK Export Finance. This session will cover the Exporting Risk Ladder, support for contract bonding, support for export working capital and credit insurance.

Workshop 3: Market Selection and Research

An industry expert will cover the basics of developing your own marketing research projects in conjunction with your current export plans. Learn how to select the most appropriate export target market for your product or service and plan your market research.
