The Importance Of Creative Team Building Within A Business

Team building is a very important occurrence in a number of businesses. Designed to build trust, connections and rapport amongst team members, with the overarching intention of improving the work of the company, the importance of team building is clear.

However, it can be very challenging for businesses to keep coming up with innovative ideas for what to do and ones which will actually support the purpose of teambuilding - improve your organisation.

Murder Actually delivers interactive murder mysteries. They run in two formats - either where your team can be a character or where we perform to you.

The company is split into teams. They are given puzzles, and they need to interrogate the actors to ascertain who the killer is and why. The events involve lateral thinking, enable people with different skills to shine, are an effective way for managers to ascertain what is occurring in the team and are inclusive. Following on from the event, businesses often feel that the creativity explored during the murder mystery leads to an increase in creativity in the workplace.

Murder Actually comes under the umbrella of The Working Actor. The Working Actor offers drama training for all levels including children, SEN students, people entering show business and business professionals looking to motivate their team. We run drama workshops up and down the country for a wide range of individuals. Drama workshops build confidence, increase concentration, confidence, collaboration and much more.

To discuss how to motivate your employees with a murder mystery or drama workshop please contact sophie@murderactually.uk and see our website www.murderactually.uk and www.theworkingactor.co.uk
