As a world leader in business team-building that gives back to the community, o3e had a packed diary for 2020, with live and online events planned all over the globe. These included charity bike building, furniture creation, creative challenges, sensory stories and bespoke events – all designed to bring business teams together, whilst creating meaningful assets for charities.

Then the pandemic hit and instead of gathering hordes of people together in hotels and meeting rooms, we had to adapt and innovate to make virtual team-building work from anywhere – be that home, office, or a blend of both.

So looking back on a 12 months, we thought we would share some of the important lessons we have learnt over what turned out to be a challenging but rewarding period for our clients, ourselves and the charities who rely on us.
