Job Vacancy: Reception/Admin Assistant- April 2021
We have a vacancy for a Reception/ Admin Assistant to join our team!

- Working within our Administrative & Marketing team.
- Monday to Friday with a minimum of 6.5 hours per day

Daily Tasks will include the following;
- General reception duties
- Ad hoc secretarial tasks
- Completion and filing of Companies House and HMRC forms
- Ensuring all databases are kept up to date
- Maintaining our current health & safety tasks and duties throughout the year
What we require from you
- In return, we need you to provide us with the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Experience of working in an office would be beneficial but not essential.
- A good level of knowledge of Microsoft programmes, including Word and Excel
- Effective communication with team members and clients
- A strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
- Show us that you are enthusiastic and ambitious
