I am a 'People Planning', talent strategy expert, writer, designer, career coach, purpose guru. with 18 years’ experience in developing career development and talent management strategies for individuals and organisations alike. I am NOT a recruiter. My specialist field is helping start-up entrepreneurs develop a talent pool more likely to turn business goals in to reality by getting ‘the fit’ right between strategy and people. (I know this might sound a little bit like recruitment. Trust me, it is not.)
WHAT WE DO:
As an experienced Coach, Materials Designer & Facilitator, I help organisations align people to strategic goals; the flip-side of which is helping individuals tune-in to their career attributes and develop a deep sense of purpose.
An additional expertise is helping organisations to downsize during tougher times in order that they survive in the long-term. The way any organisation downsizes can have significant impact on their brand locally and globally. As well as enabling or hindering their ability to deliver upon their strategic goals during periods of change. Handled well, outplacement can mitigate risk. Helping exiting personnel forms part of any firm’s CSR and business continuity package.
WHO WE DO IT FOR:
My speciality is collaborating with SMEs in the 'digital/ technology/ media/ telecoms' space to develop their organisation's #PeoplePlan and help them 'fit' people to strategy. I design career development training programmes to generate employee engagement benefits for any company seeking increases in performance, productivity and talent retention. This work has seen me work with organisations like: Vodafone, Sun Microsystems, The British Army, Nortel Networks, Level 3, ICO, Cable & Wireless, Intel, BAe Systems, Schlumberger, BP and Pfizer.
