Would you like to understand how to identify down time and optimise your business assets?
With an understanding of how to add sensors to your existing equipment (at a reasonable cost), you could get data that will help you increase your operational efficiencies, optimise your resources and cut your carbon footprint.
For businesses operating a range of machinery and processes it can be tricky to gather the data you need to make smart decisions on how to optimise your equipment and make informed choices on upgrades and investments.
In this session you will learn about sensors and how to use the data they give you. You’ll also learn how to make analogue processes digital, and come away with the knowledge to take those all-important next steps.
We’ll walk you through how digital platforms can save time and money and how to develop team skills in electronics, sensors, software, and data analytics. We’ll demystify Industry 4.0 and how it applies to your business, and give you insights into topics such as robotics, 3D printing, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual or Augmented Reality (VR/AR).
This session is for technical staff in small to medium sized businesses who want to find out how sensors and the IoT can be used to optimise complex assets.
