Presented via Zoom, this comprehensive course will teach your employees key skills to recognise and understand a range of mental wellbeing issues, allowing them to offer initial help and support to those who are struggling with their mental wellbeing.

Skills to help a colleague who may be suffering with their mental health

What help and support there is in place to help someone who is struggling
