The aim of this online session is to help managers support LGBTQ+ staff during the Perimenopause and Menopause, as well as hear questions / experiences from those that identify as LGBTQ+.

This session will be led by local Menopause Specialist Nurse Sarah Leroux and Health Improvement Specialist, Laura Wood from Brighton and Hove City Council and you will hear about how you can implement simple changes to your workplace to support those experiencing the Menopause at Work.
