In this practical workshop, Rob will share with you the key lessons learned to surviving and thriving in a challenging economy. As well as hearing his story and the mistakes he made (so you can avoid them!) you will get some practical tips around planning, business development and growing & managing your team.
He will outline the barriers to growth at each stage of your business’s development (start-up, growth, scale and succession) so no matter what stage your business is at, you will leave with some valuable takeaways that you can begin implementing in your business right away.
You can get a head start on the session by checking out Rob’s free tip and tools for running a successful business at www.dacostacoaching.co.uk and grabbing a copy of his free book (part autobiography and part step by step guide), The Self-Running Agency
