Behind the Scenes at Harvey's Brewery (members only)
Tickets will be on sale from 26 September.
OK, form an orderly queue …
After two years of waiting, we are going behind the scenes at Harvey's Brewery in Lewes.
Harvey's is renowned throughout the South East for its wonderful range of traditional cask ales. The ales are unpasteurised and known as the ‘champagne of beers’ due to the selection of the finest raw materials, combined with unique ‘local’ conditions brewed within a traditional brew-house.
The oldest independent brewery in Sussex, Harvey's has been established in Lewes for over 200 years, with a member of the eighth generation currently working there.
You’ll get to hear about Harvey's brewing heritage followed by an informal sampling session and a chance for questions.
Numbers are limited so book early.
Please note that there are a number of stairs to negotiate during the course of the tour.
We urge you not to drink and drive, so do car-share with a non-drinker or get delivered and collected if you can (not that we expect a plethora of samples, we’re just being responsible!).
